What is the difference between the Standard and Premium dhow?

The Marina route and the buffet are similar — you are choosing the boat and the atmosphere. The Standard is the traditional wooden dhow at AED 120, sailing 8:30 PM – 10:30 PM, with a buffet including a live BBQ station and a Tanoura show. The Premium is the classic award-winning boat at AED 170, sailing 9:00 PM – 10:45 PM, with a full-course international buffet, a live singer alongside the Tanoura show and the best skyline photo route. The Premium is our most-booked option.

What time does the dinner cruise board?

Accepted Answer

Standard: arrive by 8:00 PM, the boat sails at 8:30 PM and you are back at the dock around 10:30 PM — 2 hours on the water. Premium: boarding starts at 8:15 PM, departure is 9:00 PM and you are back around 10:45 PM — 1 hour 45 minutes on the water. Please do not arrive later than the times above; the boat leaves on time and there is no refund if you miss it.

Where does the cruise depart from?

Dubai Marina. It is walking distance or a short taxi ride from most Marina and JBR hotels. We send the exact boarding point, a map pin and directions with your confirmation on WhatsApp.

Is hotel pickup included?

Accepted Answer

Not by default, because the boarding point is already in Dubai Marina. Hotel pickup and drop-off from other areas of Dubai is available at extra cost — tell us your hotel on WhatsApp and we will quote it with your booking.

Is the buffet suitable for vegetarians?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Both dhows serve a full buffet with generous vegetarian and non-vegetarian selections, including salads, mains and desserts, plus unlimited soft drinks, water, tea and coffee. Tell us about any dietary needs when you book and we will pass them to the boat.

Do children get a discount?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Child rates, and free entry for the youngest guests, vary slightly between the two boats. Send us the ages of anyone under 12 on WhatsApp and we will confirm the exact rate for your family.

Do I pay anything in advance?

Accepted Answer

To confirm your seats, the cruise operator requires *advance payment* — food and seating are arranged according to the confirmed number of guests.

How do I confirm my booking?

Message us on WhatsApp with the boat you want, your date and the number of guests. We check the live availability, then reply with the exact boarding time, price and directions — usually within minutes.

Do you also run yacht cruises?

Accepted Answer

Yes, separately. The yacht is a modern catamaran or motor yacht with an open sun deck, sailing four times a day with breakfast or a live BBQ, from AED 200 per person. It is a different experience from the dinner dhow — see our yacht cruises page for departure times and prices.
